Project Details
After completion of the auditorium and ballroom project, the owner awarded D&J with a contract for an addition to the Bertram Inn. The addition consisted of adding a three-story wing to the back of the facility within a six month timeframe. Due to a sold out national culinary event, it was crucial that the contractual completion date be met. A challenge from the beginning was starting the project in one of the worst snowfall winters in recent history. Overcoming the elements was the largest challenge, but the project team worked hand in hand to bring the structure into existence and open on schedule.
