Our team brings the expertise necessary to work with our clients as an Agent or under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) contract. During the preconstruction phase, our estimating department will develop budget estimates from conceptual design through final construction. Here we prepare bid packages, review scopes of work, provide value-engineering recommendations, cost benefit analysis, constructability reviews, as well as project phasing suggestions. In an “At Risk” delivery method, the client may experience a greater sense of cost certainty, as all project costs are presented in an “open book” format.
